One example of it will appeal even to sceptics, the superstitious and nonbelievers. Physicians of traditional system of Indian medicine hold that respiration is to human life what pool of oil is to clay lamp. Used prudently (subdued breathing for man, less of oil uptake for lamp) they improve human life span and lamp’s burning time.
