Princess Leona was pale and very weak. She lived in a glasshouse, specially built for her. It had perennial plants of fragrant flowers that helped her breathe. Leona’s best friend, a rabbit, also lived in the glasshouse with her. One day, Leona said to him, “I wish to live a normal life.” That night, the rabbit visited the wise fairy for advice. The next morning, the rabbit went to the neighbouring kingdom and requested prince Robert, “Dear prince, you have healing powers. Please cure the princess.” “But our kingdom is at war with your kingdom. How can I help the princess?” replied Robert. “If you cure the princess, the war can stop,” pleaded the rabbit. Robert agreed. He held Leona’s hand and asked her to step out of the glasshouse. Everybody was jubilant as Leona did not faint or fall sick. Robert and Leona fell in love. They were married and lived happily ever after.
