Healthy criticism is always acceptable. However, no one likes to lend an ear to negative comments that do not have any constructive value attached to them. You would immediately walk out of the situation where everyone seems unfavourable, won’t you? So, why do you prefer to remain surrounded by doubts and negative thoughts in your own mind? Don’t you think that being optimistic will help you move towards your goals? We agree that it is a monumental task to remove all the negative thoughts from your mind. However, with efforts and determination, you can easily overcome depressing thoughts that stop you from achieving your goals.
Know your potential: It is very important to recognize your potential. Make a realistic assessment of your own self. Know what you are capable of achieving and do the things accordingly. This will help a great deal in removing negative thoughts from your mind. Be sure that you never ever end up blaming yourself for not doing something that is beyond your capabilities.

Avoid negative situations: It is very difficult to spread positive energy, whereas, it is very simple to transfer negative energy and thoughts. Stay away from people and situations that are emotionally harmful. Remember, negativity is contagious. Always be amongst people that inspire you.
