The Sapporo Snow Festival is a festival held in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.

The festival in today’s day and age has become a wintertime wonderland for millions of spectators from all over the world. Sculptures, made of snow and ice, cover 1.5 km of the park, and are lit at night. Large sculptures made by teams from all over the world, can be viewed even as they are being created.
