Voice is a invaluable blessing of God. However, if each one of us begins to speak at the same time, nothing will be understandable. So we should know when to be silent. It is an attribute to be a good speaker. However it is a great quality to be a good listener. A man who speaks too much often exposes himself. On the other hand, by observing silence and careful selection of words & thinking before speaking, a man is called wise. Our silence conceals most of our weaknesses and flaws. It gives us an opportunity to listen to others and benefit from their talk and experiences. In this respect, if speech is silver, silence is golden.
