Emma sang beautifully. When she sang, there would be pindrop silence in the room and her melodious voice would make everyone forget his sorrow. Everyone’s heart would fill with happiness listening to her song. However, Petronella, Emma’s younger sister, could not sing. “I wish I could sing like Emma,” she lamented often. However, she kept practising. On the day of the performance, Emma fell ill. Petronella had to sing alone. But since she had practised so hard, she sang very well. Everyone stood up from his seat to applaud her. It was the proudest moment of her life.
