The children were excited. It was a great day to go ice skating. They were dressed in their warmest and thickest clothes. Then they put on their skates and were soon skating on the smooth ice. Some children were experts in skating. Fred could even skate on one foot. That was amazing. The children clapped for him. But some were beginners. One of them was Pip. He took one step forward and lost his balance. So, Fred came over to help him. He asked, “Are you all right?” Pip replied, “Yes! I am fine.” Then Fred said, “Hold my hand. I will teach you how to skate.” Soon, Pip was skating independently. Soon, many young learners came to Fred for help. It became one big learning school. Fred became very popular.
