Sheikh was fooled by the thieves who were hiding in the mango tree. Thinking that it was a talking tree, poor Sheikh would buy food and deliver to the tree, every day. If anyone asked him why he was carrying so much food to the forest, Sheikh would say it was for the junior Nawab and his men. This went on for some time. One day, Sheikh met a person known to the Nawab family, who told him that the junior Nawab was in Turkistan. Sheikh did not know what story to cook up now! Then the man extracted the true story out of Sheikh. He understood that someone was fooling Sheikh. He gave two silver coins to Sheikh and told him to go home. The clever man, then, went to the ‘talking tree,’ caught the thieves and became a hero.
