Eventually, Hatim arrived at the foot of a lofty mountain. It was so high that even the birds did not dare to reach its summit. He had a hunch that it was the place he was looking for. He wondered, ‘Whom can I ask about this strange mountain?’ At that very moment, he saw a group of beautiful fairies and followed them. He walked behind them for some time, and then suddenly they disappeared! He looked around and saw a cave made of smooth marble, which was like a slide going down to the bowels of the earth. Without further delay, he closed his eyes and placed himself in that slide. He went down deep into the earth. When finally his feet hit the ground, he opened his eyes. He lay in the most beautiful garden he had ever seen, hearing the fairies talk about Alkanpari. He knew he was in the right place.
