Once, there was an ass. He was always made fun of by the other animals. One day, the ass was walking when he saw a lion’s skin on the ground. The ass at first ignored it but later got an idea. He picked up the lion’s skin and put it on his body. After that he went on his way. He came across a jackal. The jackal mistook the ass for a lion. He got scared and ran away. After that whoever saw the ass got scared and ran away. The ass started enjoying himself. After a while, the ass came across a fox. The ass tried to frighten the fox, but no sooner did the fox hear the sound of the ass than he exclaimed, “I would possibly have been frightened myself, if I had not heard your bray.”
