Once, in fairyland, all the flower fairies were sad and unhappy. Seeing the flower fairies sad, the butterflies asked them, “Flower fairies, why are you sad?” One of the flower fairies said, “Being flower fairies, we cannot live without flowers and the flowers in fairyland are strangely becoming dull and colourless.” The butterflies spoke amongst themselves and said, “The flowers are dull and colourless because they are getting less sunlight. The sky is cloudy and it’s been raining.” One of the butterflies said, “Let’s fly up to the clouds and flutter our wings together. It will create wind, which will carry the clouds far away.” All the butterflies flew up to the clouds. They flapped their wings for long and finally, a strong wind formed and pushed the clouds far away from fairyland. Flowers glowed with colour as the sunshine came. The flower fairies danced with joy and there was happiness in fairyland again.
