Nigel and Ted were at the river cabin, waiting for other friends to arrive when they had an unexplained experience. It was 10 p.m. and they were beginning to worry about Robbie and Tim. Only a few moments later, they saw car lights at the front of the cabin. They were in the middle of nowhere, so it had to be them. Nigel yelled, “We are in here.” The car doors closed, they heard footsteps rounding the corner and at the point that someone would have rounded the corner, it was quiet. Nigel looked at Ted and yelled again, “Hey, Robbie. Hey, Tim!” Then they got up and walked around front but there was no car, no people and no sound. Suddenly, the phone rang. It was Tim’s mother calling to inform that at 10 p.m., a fatal traffic accident involving Robbie and Tim took place just miles away from the cabin. If it weren’t them, then who was it?
