Long ago, there was a man who used to drive a cart. He used to carry load from one place to another in his cart. One day, he was as usual driving his cart with a heavy load in it. It so happened that he did not see a puddle in the road and his cartwheel got stuck there. The man sat there and did nothing. He kept staring at the wheel. Then he started crying loudly. After a while, he called out to Hercules to come and help him. A short while later, Hercules came there. He asked the man, “Why are you sitting there and doing nothing? Get down and use your shoulders to pull out the wheel. You should put in all your efforts. Only when you fail, should you call me. Do not depend upon others.” The man was ashamed of himself and got down from the cart.
