Once, a sow and a cat were good friends. One day, they talked about each other’s family while their children played with each other. The sow said, “My family is the best. We all live happily together. Ours is a large family.” The cat replied, “No! I think my family is the largest. Look at the number of kittens I produce every few months.” The sow laughed at this and said, “Yours may be the largest but do you realise that you are quite in a hurry to produce children? To make your family large, you bring your kittens into the world even though they are blind! You should take care of your kittens rather than make your family large.” The cat thought for a while and said, “You are right. I never thought about this.”
