A miller while dying gave his mill to the eldest son, the second his donkey, and the youngest nothing but a cat. The cat said, “Master, give me a bag, and a pair of boots.” The youngest son obliged. The cat caught a rabbit and put it in his bag. Then he went to the king and said, “Sir, I have brought you a rabbit. It is a gift from my noble lord.” The king thanked the cat. Soon, the cat started gifting the king frequently. The king also had a beautiful daughter. One day, the cat went to a castle where a giant lived. The cat said to the giant, “I bet you cannot change yourself into a mouse!” The giant said, “Of course I can.” And he changed himself into a mouse. The cat immediately ate him. Then he brought his master to the castle. The master became very rich and married the king’s daughter.
