All the rivers flow in different directions but they ultimately fall into the sea. But once, it so happened that all the rivers came together. They were dissatisfied with the fact that they flowed into the sea. They were all very angry. They all went to the river queen and complained about the sea. The river queen decided to visit the sea-god. She said, “When we flow from the mountains, we are fresh and pure. We are sweet and healthy to drink. But as soon as we flow into you, we change. You make us salty, dirty and unfit to drink.” The sea replied, “If the rivers are so unhappy, you should all pray that you are stopped before you flow into me. Then you will not be salty and dirty like me.” The queen knew that this would never happen. She became speechless and went back.
