Once upon a time, there lived a priest who was extremely lazy and poor. One morning, he got a pot of milk. He drank some of it. He then added a little curd in the remaining milk to convert it to curd. He then lay down to rest. Soon, he started dreaming. He dreamt, “By morning, the milk would set and get converted to curd. I will go to the market and sell that curd, and make some money. With that money, I will buy a hen. The hen will lay eggs that will hatch. Soon, I will have a poultry farm. The day I become rich, I will marry. Soon I will have a handsome son. If he does any mischief, I will hit him with a big stick.” During this dream, he involuntarily picked up the stick and hit the milk pot. The pot broke and he awoke from his sleep. He realised that there is no substitute for hard work.
