Once, a boy named Peter did not have any sisters or brothers to play with. He was very shy and so he did not have any friends as well. On Christmas Eve, he was sitting alone sadly. Suddenly, an angel appeared before him and asked, “Why are you sad, Peter?” Peter said sadly, “I want to play with the boys in the park but I am scared to join them.” The angel took Peter there. She dropped some sparkles over the children. Suddenly, many boys came running towards Peter and invited him to join them. They all played till they were tired and had to go home. Now, every day, the boys would get together and play. The boys were also very happy to have a new friend. They all liked Peter a lot. Peter was thankful to the angel for giving him so many friends. He never felt sad again.
