Once, a frog was wandering in the jungle to see the beauty of the jungle. Then he saw his childhood friend, a turtle. Both became very happy to see each other and asked about each other’s life. The frog bragged to the turtle that lived in the sea. “I’m so happy here. I can jump around as much as I want. The water comes up to my armpits and I splash it around. The other animals that live here, the worms, the crabs and the tadpoles, are nothing compared to me. I’m the master here!”
Hearing these words, the turtle went to have a look at the well but his feet got stuck in the mud. Realising the frog’s ignorance, he told the frog, “You cannot imagine how wide and deep the sea is. It is so mighty and powerful that the waves can swallow even a big animal. The sea never dries up. Living there gives one the greatest happiness.” Now the frog realised that he was just a tiny creature and was ashamed of his bragging.
