Once, a unicorn challenged a magical frog for a race. The unicorn knew that he was faster than the frog. This made him arrogant and overconfident. However, the frog graciously accepted the challenge. The elephant was made the referee. As the race started, the unicorn zoomed off and the frog hopped, rhythmically and steadily. The unicorn was close to the finishing line when he saw a pixie lying at the side of the road. The pixie was injured and crying. The proud unicorn raced on, thinking only of winning the race. Soon, the frog reached the pixie. He stopped at once and using his magic cured the pixie. This made him so late that he reached the finishing line much later than the unicorn. The unicorn was thrilled to have won the race. However, the elephant announced, “A true winner is the one who helps others when they need him. So, the frog wins this race.”
