Once, a horse was roaming about when a hungry wolf saw him. But as the horse was too big for the wolf to kill on his own, he decided to try and trick him, instead. He said, “You look ill, my friend. I am a physician and can help you.” But the horse knew very well that the wolf was trying to trick him. He replied, “Actually, there is a thorn under my shoe and it is very painful! Do you think you could help me?” The wolf said, “Of course!” As he bent down to have a look at the horse’s hoof, the horse gave such a blow on the wolf’s chin that he fell down crying. The horse went away laughing. The wolf could only regret acting smart in front of the horse.
