THE HIDDEN TREASURE

The Hidden Treasure

A farmer in his dying moment called his sons to him. “I am about to leave all of you for ever,” he mumbled infirmly, “But before I die, I must tell you that I have burried a lot of jewels in the field. You have to dig deep into it to find the treasure.”
The sons thought that their father had hinted at some treasure-trove.

Thus, after his death, they dug up the entire field. But they were greatly disappointed at not finding any treasure. However, the earth in the field dug so finely yielded a very good crop—and that was the treasure.
Moral : Hard work is the best way to find a treasure.
