Jacob was a young man, who loved his father. One day, Jacob’s father fell ill. A magician came to Jacob’s house and said, “Your father can be saved by the touch of the unicorn’s horn.” Jacob wandered through one kingdom after another in search of the unicorn’s horn. Alas! the unicorn was nowhere to be found. One day, Jacob sat by the river to rest and fell asleep. He woke up when something nudged his shoulder. It was a unicorn! “I know you need my horn,” it said, “Get on my back!” The unicorn galloped at the speed of lightning to Jacob’s house. Just as the unicorn touched his horn on the heart of Jacob’s father, colour returned to his cheeks. “I have nothing to give you. How can I repay you?” Jacob asked the unicorn. The unicorn said, “My magic and medicine comes to aid those who are good at heart.” Saying these words it galloped away.
