Long ago, a man asked one of his sons to build a house for them to live in. When the son went out to work, he met a rat on the way. The rat said, “Let’s play, tell stories, chat and have fun.” The son said that his father had told him to build a house. “Never mind. You can go when we have played and told stories,” said the rat. The rat told him stories which he enjoyed. The day passed on and he did not do any work. When he went back home, his father asked him if he had started working on the house. “No. I met a rat and we played together and then it got dark and I came back. I’ll start tomorrow.” The same thing happened the next day as well. It continued for days until one day his father called his other sons and said, “Your brother is lazy and is a bad example for you. Never be like him.” The lazy son ran away and started living with the rat.
