Once, a lion named Kitty lived in a dense jungle. In the jungle, a fair was organized. Kitty also went to see the fair. While returning from the fair Kitty saw a woodcutter and his lovely young daughter, gathering wood. The lion fell in love with the beautiful girl. He growled, “Mr. Woodcutter! I want to marry your daughter!” The woodcutter became very frightened. He did not want to marry off his beloved daughter to the beast, but he was also afraid to refuse the lion.
So the woodcutter and his daughter thought of a plan to get rid of the lion. The woodcutter told the lion, “I will give you my daughter’s hand in marriage if only you would cut your claws and pull out your teeth. They are so scary!” The foolish lion agreed to do so. He came again. Next day, the lion arrived toothless and clawless. This time, the woodcutter and his daughter were not scared of the beast. They drove away the foolish lion with a big club.
