The Loch Ness Monster

The Loch Ness Monster is an aquatic being said to inhabit Loch Ness in the Highlands of Scotland. It is often described as being large in size with a serpentine head and neck and one or more humps protruding from the water. A monk was the first person who claimed to have seen Nessie in the 7th century. But the first photograph was taken in 1933 when its existence was brought to worldwide attention but the scientific community has never confirmed the Loch Ness Monster’s existence. Whether true or fictional, Nessie has shot to superstardom and has become the icon of Scotland.
