The king of Katan ordered one of his bravest soldiers to accompany Hatim to the place where the Bath was located. After travelling for many days, Hatim saw the top of a mountain. He asked his guide, “What is that mountain called, whose peak is touching the sky?” “It is the mountain of Badgard where the Bath is located,” replied the guide. When they arrived at the base of the mountain, Hatim saw an army protecting its entrance. He handed his passport to the captain of the army. He opened it and read, “Let this man face no difficulty. He has my permission to enter the Bath. But, if you can persuade him not to do so, you shall be rewarded appropriately.” The captain took Hatim to his house and tried to persuade him to go back. Hatim’s resolution was as strong as the mountain and he refused to be moved. The captain had to surrender!
