Once, there was a student. He was very intelligent. But one day, he was troubled by a question. So, he, at once, went to his teacher. He asked his teacher the question, “Sir, is there any good in talking a lot? Some people talk a lot. My mother says only foolish people talk a lot.” The teacher smiled. He thought for a while and then answered the student, “Look at toads and frogs. They croak all the time, but no one pays any attention to them. But a cock crows at a certain time of the day and wakes everyone up. This proves that no good is achieved by talking a lot. What is important is to say the right thing at the right time.” The student was happy at hearing this answer. He was satisfied and went away.
