Two teenage sisters were returning from a party, one night. Their father had gone on a business trip and their mother was working late. So, the girls had to go home on their own. As they were walking along the dark country road, they passed by an old cottage. “Look at that!” said one of the sisters, pointing at the cottage. “What is that?” said the other. The sisters were shocked to see an ugly old woman with long hair and a white cloak, running back and forth on the cottage wall. She was clapping her hands and wailing loudly. With every wail, the old woman would become uglier and uglier. The girls stood and stared in fear. Just then, the old woman stopped and stared at them. She even lifted a long and ugly hand towards them. The sisters were so frightened that they ran all the way home and never crossed that house again.
