Once, in the forest, there lived many birds together. Among them was a wise old bird. All the birds respected him. Now, it so happened that the weather became very hot once. All the birds got affected due to the heat. So, the wise birds said, “Since it has become so hot here, we will got to the mountains.” All the birds agreed. They made the necessary preparations and flew towards the mountains. Among these birds was a greedy pigeon. While flying, he saw a cart full of grains. The wise old bird warned him to stay away from the cart but the pigeon did not listen. His mouth started watering and he flew towards the cart. He sat in the cart and started eating the grains. He kept eating the grains. Suddenly, someone threw a net on him. The poor pigeon was captured and taken away.
