Ram Lal is the post-man of our area. He wears a Khaki uniform. He comes to deliver the mail every day. He comes on his bicycle. He delivers postcards, envelopes, letters, money orders, parcels and registered letters. People wait for him eagerly. They are very thankful to him. He is literate. He reads out the letters to the persons who can’t read. Sometimes he writes the letters on behalf of the persons who don’t know how to write. He is very helpful and co-operative. He is soft-spoken. He always delivers the mail on time.
