Once upon a time, a fox and a leopard were great friends. One day, they were having a discussion about their looks. They wanted to find out who looked better. The leopard was very proud of his shiny fur, with beautiful spots. He said to the fox, “You look very simple and ordinary. You are not beautiful like me.” Now, the fox greatly admired his bushy tail, which had a white tip. But, he knew that he was not so good looking as the leopard, so he kept quiet. As the fox did not appreciate the leopard, he was very angry with the fox. But, the fox was wise. He felt that the leopard might hurt him in anger, so he got up and said, “Your coat is beautiful but I have a smarter brain inside and that is the real beauty.” Then, he walked off. The leopard knew that was the truth.
Moral: An intelligent mind is better than a fine coat.
