Archie was a clever and obedient kid. No one in the class liked Archie because he was his teacher’s favourite. Archie did not like the way the bad kids in the school used to make fun of him. He did not want those kids to tease him any more. So, Archie started skipping his homework. He chose to do what the bad kids did. He started making fun of the teachers. He threw chalk pieces at the blackboard. Now, he was no different than the bad kids in his school. Their opinions started changing Archie. His grades were falling fast. Fed up, his mother told him one day, “Archie, we all make some mistakes in our life. But you should use your brains and choose the right options in life.” He understood his mistake and realised that impressing bad kids would harm him. He obeyed his parents and worked harder than before. Archie learnt a lesson about his choices as a kid.
