The Role of Women’s Organisations (Social)

There are many women organisations comes up in India, but only very few of them are truly dedicated to the causes of women. Rest of them are misappropriating the funds for vested interests and befooling the public through false claims and advertisements.
The women organisations must serve the women in distress, otherwise they are worthless and insignificant and thus don’t have any relevance in the society. The executives, who don’t help the needy women must be dismissed from the job, and the appointed executives should be trained up to sincerely devote herself to the activities associated with the cause of helping and uplifting the needy women, so as to improve the status of women and make them self-sufficient.
The chief executive’s of women organisations must render immediate help to women tortured by their husbands, in-laws and other evil elements of the society. They should also enhance sensibility in the women, who are not able to discriminate between right and wrong and do senseless things considering them right. The woman organisations should educate the women and show them the right direction by organising training workshops for their betterment.
They must give employment to the unemployed women and loans to the women who wants to open up small-scale industries to fend themselves.
The women organisations must take initiatives to inform the police on their own behalf, if any woman is tortured by the anti-social elements of the society.
The chief executives of the organisations who doesn’t do their jobs efficiently must be punished else, there would be anarchy in the society, and none would be there to control the situation. India needs good administrators to maintain law and order in the society.
