Mountain Nida was still a mystery for Hatim. No one talked about it, not even Jam who was his closest ally in Nida village. One day, when Hatim was having a meal with Jam, he heard that strange sound again. Jam’s expressions changed, and he became solemn and quiet. He left his food half-eaten and walked towards the mountain that had suddenly appeared. “What is happening?” asked Hatim, but Jam did not speak. Hatim held Jam’s hand tightly. He tried to free himself but in vain, for Hatim was determined to follow him. A great pressure sucked them in. They were in a lush green valley. Hatim then noticed a patch of mud while the rest of the ground was covered with grass. Jam lay on it and the earth turned pulling him inside. Soon, the green grass replaced the patch. Hatim understood the mysteries of Nida. It was here that people ended their earthly journey.
