Snow was everywhere. It was Christmas time again. There was excitement everywhere. There was hustle and bustle in the Bell’s household. Father brought in the Christmas tree. The children were highly excited. After all, Christmas time was a time to celebrate. They put up the lights. They decorated the tree with lovely articles. This was something which the children always enjoyed very much. On the Christmas Eve, they all wore caps and danced merrily. Father and mother gave special presents to the children. But they too had a surprise in store for them, for when they had given their presents to the children, they got gifts too. The finest part was the Christmas cake. It had been specially ordered by the children. It was in the shape of a home and had a photograph of the whole family in front. The parents loved it immensely. They shouted, “Merry Christmas, children!”
