Two mice were good friends. One lived in the country and the other in the town. One day, the town mouse visited the country mouse. The country mouse served him dinner. The town mouse was not happy and boasted, “What are you serving? Come to my house. I will serve you a feast.” The country mouse was very happy with the offer. A few days later, the country mouse paid a visit to the town mouse. The dining table was full of delicious treats. But, as they were about to eat, they heard dogs barking. The mice ran and hid inside a hole. Soon, two dogs entered the room. Now, the mice were so frightened that they ran outside the house. Soon after, the country mouse said, “I am leaving. My country is safer than your town.”
