Hatim started preparing to leave for his mission to find the abode of the man who claimed, “Injure no one, because if you do so, evil things will happen to you.” Hatim’s friend, the merchant, stopped him. The merchant said to Hatim, “Please stay for some more time. You have helped me so far; help me one more time. Alkanpari wants me to meet her parents and ask for their permission for our wedding.” Hatim agreed. He asked his friend to carry the charmed pearl in his pocket to ensure success. Alkanpari’s parents lived at the mountain summit; the journey was not easy, but Hatim and his friend managed. As soon as Alkanpari’s parents saw the merchant, they were enchanted by his looks, as he was carrying the magical pearl. They readily agreed to the wedding and soon the fairy and the merchant were wedded in a beautiful ceremony attended by all the fairies.
