A wicked witch troubled a village for years. She made the villagers her slaves and made them follow her orders. Once, the witch heard that a horrible wolf was trapped in a maze close to the village. She decided to save him, make him her pet and rule the world. So, she asked the villagers to take her to the maze, for only they knew how to come out of it. A wise villager, Gandalf, told her the secret of coming out of the maze. The witch happily entered the maze. She called the wolf and told him about her plan. She promised to get him out if he agreed. The wolf agreed. So, the witch took the wolf that Gandalf had told her about. When they both reached out, sunlight reflecting from a thousand glasses fell on them. The sunlight pierced their eyes and blinded them. They both ran off and never returned. Gandalf had saved the village by placing the mirrors.
