There was a girl called Silken Tassel. A wizard wanted to marry her. When she refused to marry him, he told the villagers that she was a witch. He told them to put her in a barrel and throw the barrel in the river. Then the cruel wizard told his servants to get the barrel for him, for he wanted Silken Tassel for himself. But before the servants could find the barrel, a fisherman found it. He opened the barrel and was shocked to find a girl inside it. Silken Tassel told him everything. The fisherman was very angry and wanted to teach the wizard a lesson. He put his fierce dog into the barrel and let the barrel float downstream. When the wizard found the barrel and opened it, the fierce dog pounced upon him and tore him to pieces.
