A tiger had been travelling for many months. He covered a long distance across the valleys, over the mountains and back towards his forest. When he returned home, he was happy because his brothers had organised a welcome feast for him. He exclaimed, “I am lucky to have such loving brothers!” But, generally, the truth is different from what we know. The tiger’s brothers were secretly jealous of him. They planned to kill him by putting poison in his food. The tiger’s friend, the giant wolf, overheard the brothers’ plan. Thus, before the tiger could eat anything, the giant wolf knocked the food away. At the same time, a small raccoon ran towards the fallen food and started eating it. The raccoon fainted after eating a couple of bites. The tiger’s brothers were so afraid of being punished that they ran away and never came back.
