Once upon a time, there was an old miser Magyarosaurus dinosaur. He had a lot of treasure and used to hide it at the foot of a nearby tree. But every day, he’d go and dig it up and gloat over it all. One day, a thief dinosaur noticed this; he dug up the treasure and disappeared with it. When the Magyarosaurus returned to gloat over his treasure, he found nothing but the empty hole. He beat his tail, scratched with his paws and raised such an outcry that all other dinosaurs gathered around. The Magyarosaurus told them how he used to come and admire his treasure. “When did you last use any of it?” one dino asked. “Never!” said he, “I only came to look at it.” “Then why cry? Just go and look at the hole,” said a dino, “it will do you just as much good.”
