Do you know that there is a place where people live in houses made of mushrooms? Yes, it is the mushroom village! The houses are of different colours–red, yellow, blue. They are also of different shapes and sizes–round, heart-shaped and so on. It is said that this is the place where elves live. There is the mayor, the carpenter and the chief cook. The carpenter takes care of the houses and repairs them. All the people of this place sleep during the day. That is why no one sees them at daytime. It is only at night that these people come out. They catch flies for the birds to eat.
