Vitamins are important for our health. They help us grow into strong and healthy people. Their major kinds are A, B, C, D, E and K. Vitamin A is found in milk, cheese, butter, carrot, papaya and green vegetables like spinach. Vitamin B is found in bread, potatoes, milk, curd, cheese, leafy, vegetables and fruits. Vitamin C is found in fruits like oranges, lemons, grapes, potatoes, and also green vegetables. Vitamin D is present in fish and butter. Vitamin E is found in vegetable oils, nuts, fruit and green vegetables. Vitamin K is found in green leafy vegetables, tomatoes and soyabean.
