Once upon a time, there was a ladybird and a butterfly. They were friends but the butterfly was too proud of her beauty. The ladybird was fed up with the butterfly for showing off about her beauty all the time. One day, the ladybird said, “You think you are the most beautiful, but everyone does not think so.” The butterfly said, “I am more beautiful than you. If there is a beauty contest, I will win the contest. If you are ready for the challenge, then let us participate in the beauty contest.” So, a beauty contest was held. The jury members were worms and beetles. All of them said, “We vote for the helpful ladybird. She is beautiful within and outside.” The butterfly felt humiliated by the shocking result. The ladybird said, “It is not our physical looks, but good behaviour that matters.” Butterfly said sorry to the ladybird. They became friends again.
