The Zion National Park is a nature preserve situated in the southwestern United States, in Springdale, Utah. Spread over 229 sq.miles, the Park comprises predominantly the Zion Canyon that is 15 miles long and half a mile deep. Reddish and tan-coloured Navajo Sandstone cliffs characterize the canyon.
